DiceWrite Privacy Policy

DiceWrite (“DiceWrite,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how mobile applications published by DiceWrite may access, use, store, or share information.

This policy applies to DiceWrite applications that link to this page. Because different applications have different features, not every section applies to every application. An app’s store listing, permission prompts, and in-app notices may provide additional app-specific details.

1. Information and Device Features

Depending on the features you choose to use, a DiceWrite app may access the following information or device capabilities:

• Microphone and speech recognition: Used only for optional voice-controlled features. Speech may be processed by your device, operating system, or selected speech-recognition provider. DiceWrite does not intentionally record or store microphone audio on its own servers.
• Photos, images, or media: Used when you choose an image, such as a custom app background. Unless an app clearly states otherwise, selected images remain on your device.
• Camera: Used only in apps that include a user-requested camera feature, such as capturing an image or scanning an item.
• Motion or sensor information: Used for features such as shake gestures or orientation. DiceWrite does not use these features to infer health conditions.
• Notifications: Used for reminders, status updates, or other user-facing app functions. Notification permissions can be managed in device settings.
• Locally stored app data: Used to save settings, preferences, calculations, presets, history, themes, or other app content on your device.
• Device and advertising information: Free or ad-supported apps may use advertising services that process device identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and similar information according to the advertising provider’s policies and your consent or device settings.
• Purchase information: Paid downloads and in-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store. DiceWrite may receive purchase status or transaction confirmation, but does not receive your complete payment-card details.

2. Information DiceWrite Does Not Intentionally Collect

Unless an individual app clearly discloses otherwise, DiceWrite does not intentionally collect your name, home address, phone number, personal email address, precise GPS location, contacts, call logs, text messages, complete payment-card details, health records, medical records, fitness records, or biometric records.

3. Local Storage

Many DiceWrite apps store settings and content locally on your device. Local information may be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. Device backups may be handled by your operating system or backup provider according to your device settings.

4. Advertising

Some free DiceWrite apps display advertisements through Google AdMob or another advertising service identified in the relevant app or store listing. Advertising providers may process information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, personalization where permitted, and service improvement.

Paid or premium versions may be offered without advertising. The relevant store listing will state whether an app contains ads.

5. Third-Party Services

DiceWrite apps may rely on third-party services to provide app functionality. Depending on the app, these services may include Google Play services, Google Play billing, Google AdMob, Android or iOS speech-recognition services, operating-system photo pickers, cameras, notifications, sensors, backups, Expo services, and other software libraries.

Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. DiceWrite is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.

6. Data Sharing

DiceWrite does not sell personal information. Information may be processed or shared with service providers only as needed to deliver an app feature, show ads in an ad-supported app, process a purchase, comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud, or maintain app security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored only on your device remains there until you delete it, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Information processed by an app store, advertising provider, speech-recognition provider, or other third party is retained according to that provider’s policies.

If a future DiceWrite app creates user accounts or stores information on DiceWrite-operated servers, this policy and the app will provide appropriate account-deletion and data-deletion instructions.

8. Your Choices

• You may decline optional permissions, although the related feature may not work.
• You may revoke permissions through your device settings.
• You may reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device settings.
• You may disable personalized advertising where that option is available.
• You may clear locally stored app data or uninstall the app.

9. Children’s Privacy

Unless an app’s store listing expressly states otherwise, DiceWrite apps are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under 13. DiceWrite does not knowingly collect personal information from children through DiceWrite-operated servers. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact DiceWrite using the address below.

10. Security

DiceWrite uses reasonable measures designed to protect information. However, no application, device, network, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. International Users

Third-party services used by an app may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

DiceWrite may update this Privacy Policy when apps, services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
